Our record of the week is DFAAN, the fifth instalment of Diz Undone’s LOVE & RAGE project. The Bristol MC, singer and producer — formerly Dizraeli — turns his attention to rest as a response to productivity culture. Vocals, guitar and production come from Diz, with drums, percussion and synth from Ben Brown; the Bandcamp package includes dirty and radio versions alongside three earlier project tracks.
Diz Undone, formerly Dizraeli, lands the Independent Release of the Week with Follow That Joy , the third single from the upcoming album Love & Rage .
A bright, urgent, bassline-driven track with heart and movement — politically awake, but still full of life.
Heavyweight collaboration ahead of the 'Don’t Stop' album. Sharp, alternative rap.
