Bristol producer longman is back with YourNextMove, six compact cuts of stripped-back hip-hop and heavyweight beatmaking. The project moves quickly, with most tracks sitting around the two-minute mark and very little wasted space.

Predominantly instrumental, the record makes room for REX on Spoken/Slow and OuttaLuck on AroundTheGlobe, alongside LivingStones, I’m the ??, Interlude and SitEmOut. It’s a short, focused beat tape with sparse construction that lets the drums and samples do the talking.

“Uniform Killer” is a raw, confrontational release from longman, blending distorted electronics with a punk-leaning attitude. Chaotic, abrasive and deliberately uncomfortable, the track leans into Bristol’s experimental underground — challenging structure and expectation with noisy intent.
